PWM (Kare Dalga) DC Motor Sürücü Devresi Nasıl Yapılır?
How is DC motor speed control circuit made? With this circuit, DC motors can operate between 7-15V. As in the video, up to 5-6A current can be drawn. If the cooler of Mosfet is used larger, theoretically it supports up to a maximum of 150 Watts. (Max 12V to 12.5Amper).

In this circuit, Mosfet Gate leg is connected to the 7th leg of 555 IC. Usually in this type of circuits, the gate leg is connected to the 3rd leg of 555 IC. In the design attached to the 7th leg, the PWM signal is more stable and offers a slightly wider range. There are 3-4 different designs popular as DC motor speed control circuit. Design connected to 3rd leg and design using LM358 integrated instead of 555 etc. etc. I made and tested the popular ones. This circuit is the most efficient for me. That’s why I share this schema.
